Some people love Valentines Day. Some people loathe it. But let's face it. It's the one day of the year where all couples are *forced* to come together to show their significant other how much they care. That you are each others whole world. That you can't do it without them. It can be a fantastic day.

Here at Fish Eye, we want to help you make that day special. We transform our dining room into a candle lit, romantic oasis right in the middle of Girard. Our menu is carefully crafted, offering selections not available at any other dinner service of the year. Our four course meal is designed to take your taste buds on a journey, while leaving you feeling right at home. We add in a few surprises here and there throughout the night to make the evening magical
First Course
From fresh seafood to Asian-inspired beef, we want to start your meal off right.
Second Course
Choose from creamy, savory Asparagus Soup,  or our Oyster Stew, loaded with fresh seafood.
Main Course
Slow roasted prime rib and sous vide beef tenderloin make their long awaited return, as well as a few new selections. 
Dessert - Fourth Course
Rich, creamy, perfectly crusted Crème brûlée and Ashleigh's selection of fresh, unique desserts. 
First Course (To Share)
Shrimp Cocktail
1/2 lb of tail on steamed shrimp with housemade cocktail sauce
Braised Beef Tenderloin Bites
Slow braised beef tenderloin, drizzled with an Asian inspired brown sugar and soy glaze 
Saffron Mussels
PEI mussels steamed in white wine, garlic, shallots, and saffron
Diced tomatoes, red onions, and garlic tossed in extra virgin olive oil, topped with fresh basil and drizzled with balsamic reduction on sliced grilled bread 
Second Course
Asparagus Soup
A combination of roasted and blanched asparagus, puréed and strained multiple times, blended with stock, olive oil, cream, and fresh herbs until velvety-smooth 
Oyster Stew
Oysters combined with shrimp, tender white haddock, cream, fresh vegetables and herbs, and finished with Sherry. 
Main Course
Prime Rib
14 Oz of juicy, slow roasted prime rib with Au Jus

Beef Tenderloin
8 oz of sliced, seared and sous vide cooked beef tenderloin, served with a peppercorn demi-glace

Duck Breast
Skin on duck breast drizzled with a blackberry and port wine sauce

Shrimp and Crab Linguine
Sautéed shrimp & Blue Crab, cremini mushrooms, fresh spinach, and fire-roasted diced tomatoes & bell peppers over a bed of linguine tossed in a roasted garlic and lemon cream sauce.

Sound Good? Here's How It Works
TWO NIGHTS. Yes, two nights this year. Valentines Day 2021 falls on a Sunday. We understand there are "traditionalists", so we will be serving our Valentines Dinner on BOTH Saturday, February 13th AND Sunday, February 14th.  
Seating times will be given on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. We kindly ask that you do not change your time, as this is our busiest night of the year. 

 We book up fast, especially at "peak" times. Reservations fill quickly. If you want a seat, do not hesitate. We greatly appreciate couples and groups willing to share this night (and a table). 

Orders will be placed ahead of time.
 Study the menu, and decide what selections you and your significant other would like. We understand cravings change, but we need to know days in advance how much of what to order in an effort to avoid high priced "leftovers" and keep the consumer cost as low as possible. 

The price, per couple, will be $120. This includes one glass of wine, beer, or any N/A beverage per person, as well as a special treat for each couple.

Reservations can be made in person or over the phone ONLY. Please ask to speak to Ashleigh or Andrew. While reservations may be made in advance, we ask that you make your food selections least one week prior to Valentines Day (Feb 7th).

We will do our absolute best to accommodate your time preferences, but please be willing to work with us. Our dining area (including the party rooms) only holds around 95 people. Last year we served over 250 guests.   

Reservations made via email, this website, text, social media, messages on our answering machine, or ANY other form other than phone or in person will not be honored. We will do our best to answer any inquiries and questions through these channels, but please make reservations by phone or in person.

RYAN HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RESERVATIONS. Contacting him to make a reservation or place an order is a excellent way to NOT get a table. He has too many other things on his mind and there is a very good chance your reservation will not be cemented.
